"Hyperlocality" is the slogan of this manufacturer. All of the raw materials used to create their beers, wines, ciders and meads come from the immediate area, or from their own garden. The products are fermented in oak barrels with native yeasts. The entire process is based on traditional brewing techniques, modernized to match the ingredients to maximize the opportunities afforded by the Skagit Valley's rich resources.
