- Finnish, naturally sparkling wine made from Austrian Chardonnay grapes.
Natural wines are distinguished by the fact that nothing has been added or included in their production. Producers give up complicated technological processes and make every effort not to interfere with the taste or manipulate it.
Grapes grown in the Austrian region of Burgenland were used to create "Chardonnay", from where they were transported under appropriate conditions to the Finnish village of Fiskars. There, winemakers from Noita wineries fermented them spontaneously using local yeast. The result is a sparkling, unfiltered, unrefined wine suitable for vegans and vegetarians, with notes of esame seeds and guava pears. Distinct acidity, enhanced by the taste associated with the popular Spritz. This wine will be a great companion of Thai cuisine.
The Noita Winery tries to use grapes three times - first for the production of wine itself, then for seasoning beer and ciders, ending with moonshine made of pressed grapes. Zero waste in all its glory!
