A representative of the Wild Italian Grape Ale style brewed by Italian brewery ca' Del Brado in collaboration with local natural wine makers.

The name the brewers of Ca' Del Brado chose for the entire Italian Grape Ale style project is Û, which means grape in the Bolognese dialect. The idea was simple: partner with local, natural winemakers. "Û baccabianca" is an IGA with 10% grape content whose must has undergone spontaneous fermentation derived from grapes and a special type of yeast, then refined for 6/7 months in barrels with macerating skins. The result is an amber ale with floral aromas, ripe yellow fruit and elegant oxidation notes.
