"Cuvee de Zrisa", brewed by Ca' Del Brado brewery, was created by macerating two different varieties of Vignola duroni cherries (one sweeter and juicier, the other more tart) in a beer previously aged in oak barrels with the addition of yeast and bacteria present in the brewery's Italian cellar. The result is a ruby-colored beer with fruity notes, pronounced white fruit freshness, hints of spice and leather. The subtle presence of vinegar mingles here with the complexity of the wood.

Beer has been brewed specially for the 2020 Beer Geek Madness festival Black & Sour.
