Letni Sad or Summer Orchard is produced according to traditional methods, used also for a long time in the production of sparkling grape wines. The cider is made using only freshly pressed apple juice from summer varieties of apples, without added water, unnecessary sweeteners or carbon dioxide.
Letni Sad is produced by a slow fermentation method lasting about 3 months. A characteristic feature here is the fact that natural wild yeasts found on apple peels are used in the process. After bottling, the cider is refermented in the bottle where it matures for about 3 months.
Unpasteurized and unfiltered.
Letni Sad can be served as an aperitif and goes well with oriental and meat dishes.
Suggested serving temperature: 10° - 12°C.
