Double Blackberry & Carbernet is an exceptionally exquisite drink that is a bridge between the world of beer and wine, belonging to the special Wild Sinister Kid series from the Trillium brewery. For you to try it, we brought it all the way from the United States.
The extremely rich aromatic profile was obtained by dividing the vortex and aging in two types of oak barrels: after red wine and after bourbon. After aging, the two halves were joined together to perform refermentation on the fruit: Cabernet grapes and whole blackberries.
The amount of fruit used was twice as much as in the previous Wild Sinister Kid series - with the intention of obtaining the most elegant, fruity taste.
