- A dry and naturally sparkling cider, extremely rare in the world, made from red-fleshed apple varieties and according to traditional methods.
Rosé is an extremely rare cider in the world that owes its unusual colour to apple varieties with red flesh. The cider has been prepared according to traditional methods also used in the production of sparkling grape wines. Only freshly pressed red pulp apple juice is used, without any added water, sweeteners or carbon dioxide.
Cider is produced by slow fermentation at low temperature for about 3 months. After bottling and corking, the cider is refermented in the bottle where it matures for another 3 months.
Unpasteurized and unfiltered.
Rosé can be served as an aperitif and goes well with delicate dishes such as salads or grilled vegetables.
Suggested serving temperature: 10° - 12°C.
