- Nelson Sauvin hopped mightily with varieties from New Zealand.
There are quite a few New Zealand hops in this DDH DIPA. You can expect aromas and flavours from white fruits like gooseberries and grapes. The second hop used is Idaho 7, which rounds out the bouquet with citrus. The bitterness is not very intense, which makes the alcohol hardly noticeable. Killer drinkable, slightly juicy, slightly cloudy light gold in colour.
