WRCLW: Cherry Eisbock - 330 ml bottle

The first iced beer in Browar Stu Mostów. This amber lager, rich in caramel, toasted and dried fruit notes, has been enriched with Polish 100% sour cherry juice. All these aromas were intensified by freezing the water and separating its crystals from the concentrated beer. Thanks to this process, an effect was achieved that was not available with the classic method of brewing strong beers. Traditional bock in a completely new arrangement.
