We present the sour Mestro, in which the taste follows the scent - hibiscus is stronger and similar to the taste of red currants. The beer has a hazy, light amber colour with a rapidly falling foam leaving a narrow collar around the edge of the glass. You can enjoy the tartness with a moderate carbon dioxide content.
