- American Tripel, which in the process of creation used a mixture of citrus fruit peels such as orange, grapefruit, lime. The beer was fermented with Belgian yeast.
A beer brewed in collaboration with the Piwne Podziemie brewery, which premiered during the Warsaw Beer Festival.
Tripadelic was created as a fusion of the Belgian Tripel and the American approach to hopping. Fermentation with Belgian yeast made for a very pleasant and peachy profile. Columbus did a great job of balancing the fruitiness with its herbal and peppery flavours. Citrus and oranges come to the fore, followed by herbs, pepper and cloves. The taste has a lot of body and roundness caused by a considerable alcohol content, which is nicely balanced by a pleasant bitterness.
