Joanes De Zapiain 2020 is a natural, classic Basque cider made from local apples. This cider was created by a small, family manufactory Zapiain, as a tribute to the founder of the family: Joanes de Zapiain. On the label, we can see a copy of a his nadwritten recipe from 1542.
This cider is completely natural - it does not contain any preservatives or sulphites, and its production was made using natural fermentation with the use of wild yeast found on the peel of the harvested apples.
