DDH Pale Ale, double the amount of cold hops were added during the wort fermentation process to reduce bitterness. This process helps bring out its aromatic components and does not disperse the essential oils present in the beer, making it fragrant and drinkable. Malted oats and a light base malt create an ice-yellow visual effect. This is one of the new wave beers, very modern and capable of delighting with every subsequent sip. The aroma is of ripe fruit, the base has a very light bitterness, and thanks to the use of speciality malts, the beverage is full-bodied despite the 5% alcohol.
