Created using three different varieties of yeast. Aromas of this beer include notes of citrus, pear, banana and honey with plenty of spice and bread. The taste is very similar to the aroma. Notes of lemon, pear, apricot, coriander, candied sugar, cloves and white pepper. The mouthfeel is substantial with a medium saturation reminiscent of champagne. The high % alcohol is masked quite effectively. The finish is dry, clean and crisp.
