A mixed-fermentation beer made from blending 7/8 Rulles Brune (Stout de Gaume) and 1/8 a blend of one-year-old lambics that were aged for 8 months in oak barrels. Unfiltered and unpasteurized. The whole thing is refermented for 6 months in bottle (or barrel).
