Spontaneous fermentation beer, made with as much as 270 grams of Riesling grapes for every liter of beer. This unfiltered and unpasteurized beer is then refermented in the bottle.

The Riesling Grapes are a white, highly aromatic grape variety originally came from Rhine Valley. It is characterized by aromas of green or other apples, gooseberries, rose flowers or freshly cut grass, accompanied by freshness and sourness.
