- Belgian lambic in combination with elderberry fruit, created as a result of spontaneous fermentation, giving this style of beer a sour, characteristic taste.
During the 2021 season, a fruit-based beer was produced by fermenting 125 g of elderberry fruit per liter of lambic. Unfiltered and unpasteurized beer is re-fermented in the bottle. The cloudy, red color in combination with the natural acidity of the lambic style and elderberry attracts our full attention.
