Jopen: Trinitas Tripel - 330 ml bottle

The beer world professes in own Holy Trinity, but their values may be different in the micro and macro scale. In Germany, for example, water, malt and hops are recognized as three "sacred" ingredients, while Jopen has its own three: barley, oats and wheat. These are three malts that have been used in Haarlem since the Middle Ages, and the carefully continued tradition of brewing this beer is manifested in the form of strongly spicy notes of vanilla and bay leaf, as well as a characteristic hops-bitter aftertaste.
