- A dry and naturally sparkling cider, extremely rare in the world, made from red-fleshed apple varieties and according to traditional methods.
Rosé is an extremely rare cider in the world that owes its unusual colour to apple varieties with red flesh. The cider has been prepared according to traditional methods also used in the production of sparkling grape wines. Rosé can be served as an aperitif and goes well with delicate dishes such as salads or grilled vegetables.
