Extremely exquisite Polish cider belonging to a limited collection made of products from small settings, selected in terms of the highest quality and unique character.
Stary Sad (Old Orchard) is produced according to traditional methods known from grape wine production. For its preparation, only freshly pressed apple juice prepared from selected apples was used, without the addition of water, sweeteners or carbon dioxide.
The cider was made using a 3-month slow fermentation at low temperature. After bottling and closing with a natural cork, the cider then matured and matured for the next six months. Stary Sad is not pasteurized or filtered.
This cider can be served as an aperitif. It also goes well with light dishes of Polish cuisine, such as dumplings or pancakes.
