Grodziskie from the Trzech Kumpli Brewery, which you do not know yet! Grodziskie is the only style in the world that is entirely Polish. Its mini homeland is Grodzisk Wielkopolski, where it was probably brewed since the Middle Ages. It is a very light, above-average light beer with a characteristic aroma of smoked malt, a slightly sour profile and very lively carbonation. Bitterness is low, which only enhances its refreshing qualities. It was not without reason that they were once called the champagne of the north. The addition of grilled lemon and red pepper will only emphasize the previously written words and add a few unusual, refreshing notes to the composition.
The smoking of wheat malt with oak wood in a traditional hearth was performed by the crew of the Zapanbrat Brewery for the Trzech Kumpli Brewery.
