The Imperial Stout 2018 is another vintage of the annual Imperial Stout-style beer brewing series, by the Little Earth Project. Bottled in December 2018, the Stout spent less than 12 months in a Bordeaux red wine barrel, just like last year's version. In this version of Little Earth, she wanted to add an extra dimension to the beer, so at the end of cooking, they added molasses, resulting in an extra sweetness and rich aroma, like Christmas pudding.
