Cieszyński Rye Wine is a beer based on Mariusz Bystryk's home recipe, which received first place in the Rye Wine category during the 15 PSPD Home Beer Competition in 2017. The beer includes Pale Ale and Pilzneński barley malts as well as rye malts - light rye and Cararye. In combination with Marynka, Junga, Mosaic, Simcoe hops and Belgian yeast, the beer gained the aroma of sweet, dried fruit, and the taste was dominated by bread and biscuit notes, broken by the liqueur character and consistency, accompanied by light acidity. The perfect base for aging and further experimentation.
