Browar Zamkowy Cieszyn: Wild Ale - 330 ml bottle
- Experimental Wild Ale-style beer with the addition of coriander and aframmon, aged in oak barrels.
Wild Ale is an experimental beer of Browar Zamkowy Cieszyn, whose complicated input into production reflects its power in the quality of beer. The combination of spontaneous fermentation with various beer maturation conditions, from steel tanks to aging in oak barrels, combined with the addition of coriander and aframmon, resulted in the beer profile being quite fruity, oriented towards the wine. Low, rapidly falling head covers its amber color and exudes a sour aroma. The taste is delicate, developing acid to the aforementioned wine, interspersed with coriander, ginger, pepper and notes of oak and vanilla. The whole thing is summed up by a sour finish.
