The Knifemaker is a cooperative beer of the Brokreacja brewery with Trollsky Custom Knives. Peated Barley Wine, aged in 125l Quarter Cask oak barrels, after Laphroaig whiskey. Thanks to the use of barrels with a smaller volume, the beer had a stronger contact with the barrel, thanks to which the peat, barley base also gained noble and expressive oak and alcohol notes.
