- Sweet still cider made from freshly pressed and frozen apple juice, completely natural and without the addition of water. Awarded and titled many times.
Chyliczki Ice Cider is a highly awarded liquor. Its uniqueness may be evidenced by the fact that it is produced in only a few places in the world. Its distinguishing feature is its naturally intense sweetness, richness and concentration of aromas and flavors and the lack of effervescence commonly associated with ciders.
This type of cider is known as "Ice Cider" in Canada and England.
Only freshly pressed and then frozen apple juice was used to produce this surprising liqueur. The production took place without the addition of water, sweeteners or carbon dioxide.
The cider is produced by very slow fermentation, lasting up to 18 months. After bottling and closing with a natural cork, the cider matures for another 3 months. This cider is not pasteurized.
Ice Cider has received a number of awards and distinctions, including:
- Gold medal - Enoexpo 2015, Krakow, Poland
- Silver medal - Enoexpo 2016, Krakow, Poland,
