On such a holiday there will be craziness, which is why it will be a crazy, sour beer, topped up with a huge amount of cherries, strawberries and plums, which were then pampered with a large amount of cocoa beans, vanilla and maple syrup. The whole was acidified with lactic acid bacteria.
