After fermentation, the beer went to Bourbon barrels for 12 months, together with coffee beans, and then topped up again with a fresh portion of coffee and the addition of vanilla. A solid 35° Plato extract will warm you up in the form of a coffee liqueur that will spill over your sensors, providing you with the full power of nuts, fresh coffee, oak, vanilla notes and a solid accent of noble alcohol.
