8th Anniversary Pastry Imperial Stout Bourbon BA is a beer prepared in cooperation with the American 3 Sons Brewing, with which Browar Stu Mostów celebrates its 8th birthday! The high extract is up to 35° Plato full of special malts - chocolate, caramel and roasted, to which, at the brewing stage, cocoa beans and lactose were added for a greater dessert effect! After fermentation, the beer went to Bourbon barrels for 18 months, giving it the intense characteristics of noble liquors, along with oak and vanilla notes. After aging, the beer was infused with a generous dose of roasted pecans, cocoa beans and tonka beans!
