The next iteration of Ragnar aged in wooden barrels, which gave it very distinct oak notes, but most importantly added character to the alcohol that had previously matured in the barrel.
Björn - Ragnar's eldest son, called Ironbeard - invincible, inheriting most of his father's traits, very unobvious, still searching for his way. This great warrior flowed from rum barrels from Jamaica and Barbados. Aged there for 14 months, Ragnar, apart from the characteristic, well-known rum notes, has acquired a slightly cherry aroma.
