- Chyliczki Ciderhouse is coming out with a very unusual combination, which is the "Hopped Orchard", which is a cider cold hopped with Citra, Mozaik and Oktawia varieties.
"Hopped Orchard is a custom blend of dry, sweet and sour cider flavour with citrus notes and bitterness. Freshly pressed apple juice with Citra and Mozaik hops were used, with no added water, sweeteners, or carbon dioxide. The perfect filler between the world of cider and beer.
The cider is produced by slow fermentation lasting about 3 months. After this time it undergoes cold hopping.
Unpasteurized and unfiltered.
It is quite versatile, you can pair it with any dish, it also works very well as an aperitif. It tastes best at temperatures between 10 and 12°C.
