The taste of Chyliczka ciders is based on old Mazovian apple trees. Thanks to their fruit, "Czarny Sad" was created - a cider fermented on black raspberry skins and seeds with pastel red colour and refreshing taste balancing between acidity and sweetness.
It is created by slow fermentation that takes about 3 months. After bottling, it is refermented and matured for another 3 months before it reaches consumers.
Pairs well with salads and light vegetable dishes as well as poultry. It is worth tasting at a temperature between 8 and 10°C.
