The Legend Returns

The newest edition of Jopejskie beer — brewed in 2024. Since then, it has been maturing in bourbon barrels. It’s probably the most unusual beer we produce. The very high original extract, resulting from a large amount of malt and long boiling, combined with a complex fermentation using our yeast, makes our version of Jopejskie thick, aromatic, and multi-dimensional. It includes the addition of dates and Arara Brazil coffee beans. The dates enhance the syrupy sweetness and add dried fruit notes, while the coffee perfectly balances the flavor, giving the beer roastiness and strong coffee tones.
