Below you will find information regarding the process of withdrawal from a contract concluded in our online store. The content on this page in points 1 and 2 is an unmodified excerpt from the Store Regulations (Articles 8 and 9) and constitutes mutually binding provisions accepted by the Customer at the time of placing an order on piwnemosty.pl

HOW TO WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT?

1.  A Customer who is a Consumer is entitled to a 14-day period to withdraw from the contract. The Consumer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The deadline for withdrawal from the contract expires 14 days from the day on which you came into possession of the goods or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you came into possession of the goods.
2.  The aforementioned deadline for withdrawal from the contract does not apply to Goods intended for consumption and applies exclusively to durable goods that do not have an expiration date. 
3.  In the case of goods intended for consumption, the right to withdraw from the contract does not apply.
4.  To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to fill out the return form on our website, informing us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The notice of withdrawal can also be sent to the e-mail address bok@piwnemosty.pl or to the physical address: Piwne Mosty, ul. Jana Długosza 2, 51-162 Wrocław.

WHAT NEXT?

1.  If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
2.  We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
3.  Please send back or hand over the goods to us at the following address: Piwne Mosty, ul. Jana Długosza 2, 51-162 Wrocław, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
4.  We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
5.  The return of goods in the event of withdrawal from the contract is at the expense of the person making the return.
6.  You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?

In short and plain language: you have the right to return any goods within 14 days from the moment you receive them. From the moment you submit your return declaration (we recommend doing it through our website — it is the fastest and most convenient way!), you have another 14 days to deliver the goods back to us, and we will refund your money as quickly as possible — as a rule, also within 14 days. Please remember that the goods should be unused — if they are used, we may reduce the amount we refund you by the value required to restore the goods to their original condition. If restoring the goods to their original condition is not possible, we will deduct the value required to reproduce the items from scratch.
