Birbant is a brewery founded by two brewers from western Poland - Jarek Sosnowski, a specialist in the fermentation industry and a brewer with the small brewery Haust for many years, and Krzysztof Kula, an experienced home brewer with great passion. From their common passion arose a project that led to many uncompromising beers.
