We start with a 20% discount on everything on December 6th and every day thereafter - until the weekend of the 16th-17th of December - we lower the discount by one point. So on December 7th you will get a 19% discount on everything, on December 10th it will be 15%, and on the weekend of December 16th and 17th the discount will drop to 10%, and then, at the stroke of midnight, disappear.
