Wrocław's  Stu Mostów Brewery grew out of an authentic need and a need for authenticity. It was born out of a dream of good, Polish, craft beer. The story of the founding of the Stu Mostów Brewery is not typical, just like the beer brewed there is atypical - the beer that creates and will create the most beautiful bridges.
