Specifically - the curiosity about his name, which ties directly to the act of brewing. Where did his ancestors come from? What did they do? Could it be that brewing was in his blood? So he decided to make sure and started his own experiments - at first at home, then "on a contract". And as it turned out, there was something to this name, because Marcel's beers quickly found themselves among the award-winning ones, and the planned small and local venture grew into a brand known - and recognized - on a national scale.
