Holy Beans is not only a beer in the Imperial Baltic Porter style, it is a wealth of caramel, roasted, chocolate and smoked malts, which create a unique, profiled composition of flavors and aromas. In the last stages of aging, pieces of Palo Santo wood were added to the beer, which gave the beer a unique, coconut character. The beer owes its pleasant, marzipan-like background to the use of tonka beans, which give the beer an even more complex character.
