Quadrupel with an extract of 30 degrees Plato. The mash for this beer consisted of pilsner malt and our favorite caramel malts. We used a Belgian yeast strain for fermentation, imparting dark fruit and lightly spiced aromas. Quad was aged for 18 months in Jack Daniels barrels. Before bottling, we infused it with almonds, hazelnuts and pecans. Our quadrupel is characterized by notes of caramel, toast and dried dark fruits. In addition, you'll find flavors of vanilla, coconut and fine alcohol coming from barrel aging. The whole is complemented by a blend of nuts, creating an intriguing combination.
