Cidery Chyliczki: Antonówka - 500 ml bottle

A dry and refreshing cider made of freshly pressed apple juice, one-variety - exclusively from apples of the Antonówka variety. No water, sweeteners or carbon dioxide added.

Antonówka is a single-variety cider, as the name suggests, made from Antonówka apples. Cider is produced according to traditional methods, also used for a long time in the production of sparkling grape wines. Only freshly pressed apple juice was used for production, without the addition of water, unnecessary sweeteners or carbon dioxide.

This cider was awarded a bronze medal at the Royal Bath & West International Cider 2019 competition held in Somerset, England.

Antonówka cider is produced by the method of slow fermentation at low temperature. The process takes about 3 months, after which the cider is bottled and re-fermented in tdhe bottle. It matures for about 3 months.

Unpasteurized and unfiltered.

Antonówka can be served as an aperitif, it goes very well with fish and seafood dishes.

Suggested serving temperature: 10 ° - 12 ° C.
