- A dry, semi-sparkling Polish single variety cider.
Polish semi-sparkling cider made with the Chopin variety. Made with traditional recipes, without added water, sweeteners or carbon dioxide.
Subjected to very slow fermentation at low temperature, which allowed to preserve the character of the variety
Chopin citrus notes. After bottling it was additionally matured for another 6 months in the bottle. The sediment at the bottom of the bottle is a natural phenomenon - the cider is not pasteurized or filtered.
The Chopin cider tastes best at 10°-12°C and can be served as an aperitif. It goes well with dry pancakes, red meat, roasts and pates.
