A new series from Rockmill Brewery! This time the brewers are going for wild beers. The Be Wild collection is a kickstarter for experimenting with wild yeasts, spontaneous fermentation and long lagered beers.

Be Wild #2 - Flanders Red Ale was aged for 36 months in Rondo Regent red wine barrels from the Turnau Vineyard. It is characterized by high saturation, so it should be served the right way - first of all, store it in the refrigerator 24 hours before opening.
