- Imperial NEIPA on fresh hop cones, from the Nepomucen brewery.
Frozen Fresh is an Imperial New England IPA that uses hop cones grown by the Wyckoff farm that were frozen immediately after harvest. The cones are frozen immediately after harvest in a flash freezing process to keep as fresh as possible. Fresh Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe cones were added to Frozen Fresh and cooked with London Ale III yeast.
