Saaz is a blend of wild beers aged from 8 months to 2.5 years. The beer was hopped with the Czech Saaz hop variety, dry hopped for over 6 months in an oak foeder. The aroma includes herbal and grassy notes, which are characteristic of Czech Saaz. Among them, the most distinguished are chamomile, light notes of rose and hay, as well as peach and funky notes. The beer is perfectly balanced thanks to its light, hoppy bitterness, balanced wild sourness and a dry, cider finish. Perfect for longer aging, which can give the beer a completely different, unique atmosphere.
