It's not just another anniversary - it's a special moment that we want to celebrate by creating something special. That's why we delve deeply into the art of brewing to provide you with an unforgettable taste experience.
WILD#21 is a two-year-old mixed-fermentation beer that fermented in a foeder for 14 months, where it developed its unique features and character. A pure prelude to a real spectacle of flavors, because over the next 4 months we introduced freshly picked Polish forest berries into the fermentation, adding a fruity note and intensity to the beer. Before bottling, the beer is infused with fresh basil, thanks to which the beer is incredibly fresh in its intensity!
