Pinta: Kwas XY - 500 ml bottle

Kwas XY from the Pinta Brewery is a Catharina Sour style beer, i.e. a new wave variation on the well-known and popular Berliner Weisse style. Slightly stronger than the prototype, made with tropical fruit juice. In this case, a puree of passion fruit was added to beer previously acidified to pH 3.4 with lactic acid bacteria, resulting in a strongly acidic, refreshing, perfect summer flavour straight from the beaches of sunny Brazil.

Unpasteurized and unfiltered beer.
