New Zealand Wheat is a style created from a variation of a slightly forgotten American wheat and New Zealand hops. Wai-iti, Rakau, Motueka and Nelson-Sauvin varieties combined with a large amount of malt present notes of lime, kiwi, coconut and passion fruit. Delicate bitterness closes the whole, adding freshness to the beer. The Trzech Kumpli Brewery team inspired the name of the beer and the label with ferns growing in New Zealand.
