- Generous hopping creates a tropical nectar with soft bitterness. Mosaic lays down a juicy tropical-dank base, Nelson Sauvin brings grape and white wine freshness, and Krush rounds it all out with a full spectrum of exotic fruit.
The oat base significantly enhances the haziness of this beer. The robust hopping complements the beer, reminiscent of tropical hop nectar with a low bitterness.
We used the classic tropical petroleum Mosaic as a base and New Zealand Nelson, which imparts a refreshing petroleum-grape aroma. For good measure, we added the highly aromatic Krush, which complements the palette with a full tropical flavor.
