A juicy NEIPA with an intriguing hop combination.
Citra hops are complemented by New Zealand Motueka, bringing
bright citrus notes and a deep tropical aroma.
A first for our brewery—and for this beer—is the use of traditional
Cascade hops, but in their New Zealand variety. Unlike the
American version, this one is much more fruity, offering notes of
berries and apple blossom.
Hazy, full of flavor, and with low bitterness—just as a proper NEIPA
should be.
